We accept payments in the form of debit/ credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and Apple Pay). Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
All purchases are charged using the Hawaii State General Excise Tax (4.712%). For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Order Acceptance Policy
Aloha Pawz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Why do I have to create an account to make an online purchase?
A user account is required for online store purchases for security purposes. We will never sell your personal information to a third party.
Please be sure the shipping address provided is current and accurate, including the appropriate suite and/or apartment number when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or re-routing fees.
All online orders are processed and shipped via USPS from Aloha Pawz in Hilo, Hawaii. Your order will typically be packed and shipped within 3* business days from the time you place your order, however, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. USPS shipping cost is determined based on your order total. Some heavier items may have additional fees. These are noted in the product details.
For all shipments within the U.S., buyer is given the option of USPS Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express Shipping. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Once you've placed the order please be advised that you will receive a confirmation e-mail that confirms receipt of your order, which will be processed within the next 3* business days. Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.
*Please note that delays may occur due to high volume order, weather conditions, or the holidays. During these times, we allow 4-6 business days for order processing.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
We cannot be held responsible for USPS delivery delays or errors.
We now have an "In-Store Pickup" option available in your shopping cart. This option is for the convenience of our Hilo customers who prefer to shop online, and for any customers who will be traveling to the island and would like to pick their order up in Hilo. Be sure to select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout. This will waive shipping charges for your order. We may contact you if you have an out of town address and you have chosen "In-Store Pickup" to confirm that you are coming to town for your order. Please allow 1 business day for "In-Store Pickup" orders to be available at the shop.
Gift certificates are only available for purchase in-store and are currently only available for use in-store. They cannot be redeemed online.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally or to American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
