Where do you ship to?
We do not currently offer shipping but are happy to offer in-store pick up and same day delivery to our local big island clients. If you would like to request shipping please call us to explore some options 808-961-2500
In-Store Pickup
We now have an "In-Store Pickup" option available in your shopping cart. This option is for the convenience of our Hilo customers who prefer to shop online, and for any customers who will be traveling to the island and would like to pick their order up in Hilo. Be sure to select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout. This will waive shipping charges for your order. We may contact you if you have an out of town address and you have chosen "In-Store Pickup" to confirm that you are coming to town for your order. Please allow 1 business day for "In-Store Pickup" orders to be available at the shop.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery option is available for our Hilo customers (up to Kaumana Caves), our Hamakua customers (up to Honoli'i), Hawaiian Paradise Park, Waimea, Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Resort Area customers. Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for Same Day Delivery. If ordered after 12pm, the order will be delivered the next business day. All weekend orders will be delivered on Monday. Waimea and Waikoloa Deliveries will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, orders for these deliveries are due no later than 3pm the day prior. Delivery fee is $20 per order. Free delivery on all orders of $150 or more.
